Short Description:

The UC-600 Industrial Cleaning & Drying Machine integrates washing, spinning, and drying into a single automated process, eliminating manual transfer and improving production efficiency.

It uses high-pressure water jets and air blowing to remove dust, debris, and oil. Fast water removal and a dual-mode drying system (centrifugal spin drying and hot-air drying) ensure efficient moisture removal, with typical water consumption of 10–15 liters per cycle depending on load conditions.

The machine is constructed from stainless steel and controlled by a PLC system, designed for continuous 24/7 operation. Its enclosed structure prevents cross-contamination between batches.

The UC-600 is suitable for cleaning and drying rubber, silicone, injection-molded, and alloy parts, with typical part sizes ranging from 2 mm to 1000 mm depending on product geometry and batch configuration.
