Recently, an important client from Mexico traveled all the way to Nanjing to visit STMC (Nanjing Zhaoling Precision Machinery) for factory inspection and on-site equipment verification. Mr. Wang Yurao, General Manager of STMC, together with his business assistant and senior technical engineering team, accompanied the client throughout the whole visit. They completed factory tours, technical briefings and live machine testing in sequence. The test results exceeded the client’s expectations, who confirmed the purchase order on site and established long-term cooperation.
The client made this special trip to China mainly to verify the actual processing performance of our cryogenic deflashing and precision deburring machines, and test their effect on removing flash and parting lines from rubber, plastic and alloy workpieces to meet mass production demands of local manufacturers in Mexico. Upon arrival at STMC’s factory, accompanied by General Manager Wang Yurao, the client toured the product exhibition hall, standardized assembly workshop and testing laboratory, gaining full insight into our R&D system, production capacity, full-process quality control standards and overseas project cases. Our technical engineers elaborated on machine structures, operating principles, customized modification solutions and long-term maintenance advantages, and provided practical solutions to all professional questions raised by the client regarding working condition adaptation, production efficiency and processing precision.
The highlight of the visit was live machine testing. Our technical team ran the client’s original workpieces on our equipment to fully demonstrate the complete process of removing parting lines and burrs, intuitively presenting core indicators including processing precision, treatment efficiency and finished product yield. The whole testing process ran stably and smoothly. The surface smoothness and dimensional consistency of processed workpieces fully satisfied the client’s strict production standards, with test performance far exceeding prior expectations. The Mexican client recorded test data and took photos of finished samples throughout the test. They spoke highly of STMC’s reliable equipment performance, sophisticated process control and professional technical support. After comparing multiple suppliers, the on-site test completely eliminated all their concerns.
After the on-site technical exchange, both sides held efficient negotiations on commercial details including delivery lead time, foreign trade supporting services, after-sales technical support and localized optimization in a harmonious atmosphere. Thanks to outstanding live test performance and solid mutual trust, the client finalized purchase requirements and confirmed the order on the spot, marking the official establishment of procurement cooperation.
