Rubber edge removal machine:

Working principle:Using the principles of aerodynamics and centrifugal force, the machine uses a rotating disc inside a cylindrical chamber to drive the rubber product to spin at high speed and continuously collide, separating the burrs from the rubber product and achieving the purpose of removing the edge.

Applicable range:Suitable for removing burrs from rubber seals and other rubber components after compression molding, it can directly remove edges from whole-piece rubber products. It can remove burrs from products such as O-rings, Y-rings, gaskets, plugs, rubber granules, solid-shaped rubber parts, with burrs within 0.1-0.2mm, and rubber products without metal, with a wall thickness of at least 2mm.

Operation method:The rubber edge removal machine is equipped with a feeding bin, a working chamber, and a discharge bin. Place the rubber products that need to be separated or edge-removed into the feeding bin and follow the operating instructions on the control panel to close the bin. The machine will automatically perform the series of operations to remove the edges and trim the burrs of the rubber products. The separated products will be discharged into the discharge bin, and then the operators need to arrange and spread them out for quick separation.

Freezing edge trimming machine:

Working principle:The freezing edge trimming machine, also known as the automatic spray-type freezing edge trimming machine, uses the low-temperature freezing effect of liquid nitrogen to make the burrs of rubber or zinc-magnesium-aluminum alloy materials brittle, and then separates the burrs by high-speed injection of polymer particles (also known as projectiles) colliding with the products.

Applicable range: Mainly used to replace manual edge trimming for rubber compression-molded parts, precision injection molded and die-cast products. Suitable for various materials such as rubber (including silicone rubber), injection molded parts, magnesium alloy, aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, etc. It is widely used in the automotive, aerospace, computer, communication, and home appliance industries. The most widely used and cost-effective freezing edge trimming machine in the market is the vertical automatic spray-type freezing edge trimming machine that uses liquid nitrogen as the refrigerant.

Operation method: Open the door of the working chamber, place the workpiece to be processed into the parts basket, adjust the parameter settings (cooling temperature, injection time, projectile wheel rotation speed, parts basket rotation speed) according to the material and shape of the workpiece, and start the trimming through the operation panel. After the trimming is completed, remove the processed workpiece and clean the projectiles.
