From July 8 to 11, the 23rd Asia Pacific International Plastics & Rubber Industry Exhibition 2026 grandly kicked off at Qingdao World Expo City. As a specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and innovative enterprise focusing on cryogenic deflashing technology in China, STMC showcased three core flagship products, including the Jishe G120Pro High-Capacity Cryogenic Deflashing Machine, Jishe G60L Precision Cryogenic Deflashing Machine and UC-600 Integrated Washing & Drying Machine. We delivered a full-process automatic solution for burr removal of rubber and plastic products to address core precision deburring pain points in the industry. Over the four-day exhibition, we received numerous professional purchasers, secured in-depth cooperation intentions and reaped fruitful business opportunities.
At the exhibition booth, STMC built a dedicated live demonstration area with continuous dynamic equipment operation displays. Hundreds of finished deflashing samples made of rubber, injection-molded plastics and zinc-magnesium-aluminum alloy die castings were displayed on site, covering EPDM rubber sealing rings, tiny precision silicone parts, nylon engineering plastic components, zinc-magnesium-aluminum alloy die castings and other mainstream products. The micron-level damage-free cryogenic deflashing effect was presented intuitively, attracting a large number of visiting merchants to stop for observation and detailed consultation.
The three exhibited equipment models precisely cater to the production demands of manufacturers of different scales, forming a complete supporting solution combining large & small machines with post-process cleaning:
1. Jishe G120Pro High-Capacity Cryogenic Deflashing Machine:
Designed for medium and large-scale mass production lines. Its large-capacity material bin supports centralized processing of mass sealing parts and large rubber & plastic fittings with stable low-temperature temperature control and greatly improved single-batch processing capacity. It is an ideal choice for large-scale manufacturers of auto parts and pipeline rubber gaskets.
2. Jishe G60L Precision Cryogenic Deflashing Machine:
Compact and lightweight, occupying only 1 square meter of floor space. It is suitable for small and medium-sized processing plants and mass production workshops for tiny precision components. It realizes traceless flash removal for micro holes, complex special-shaped parts and thin-walled silicone products, solving long-standing industry pain points such as low efficiency of manual deflashing, workpiece scratches and incomplete hidden flash cleaning.
3. UC-600 Integrated Washing & Drying Machine:
Supporting post-processing equipment for cryogenic deflashing. It completes shot separation, washing and drying of workpieces in one stop without secondary manual transfer, realizing a fully automatic closed-loop production workflow of “deflashing – washing – drying”. It drastically cuts manual labor and elevates the automation level of the whole production line.
Different from traditional static equipment displays, STMC carried out physical workpiece deflashing practical demonstrations throughout the exhibition. Our technicians compared finished products processed by manual trimming, cutter grinding and cryogenic deflashing on site, clearly demonstrating the core advantages of the equipment: 0.05mm high-precision burr removal, zero scratches on workpieces and one-time elimination of flash in complex dead corners. Many manufacturers engaged in rubber sealing, new energy plastic parts and electronic waterproof components showed strong interest after witnessing the processing results, and held in-depth negotiations focusing on core concerns including liquid nitrogen consumption, production capacity, consumable costs, applicable material ranges and after-sales maintenance services.
The booth maintained steady high foot traffic throughout the exhibition. Visitors consisted of procurement managers, production directors and technical engineers from rubber and plastic product manufacturers based in Shandong, Hebei, Henan, Northeast China and other regions.
