Recently, a two-member delegation from a Mexican company paid a special one-day visit to the headquarters of STMC for on-site inspection and technical coordination. Mr. Wang Yurao, General Manager of the company, accompanied the reception throughout with his assistants and technical engineers.
The customer delegation successively visited the company’s brand exhibition hall, professional testing center and equipment production workshop.
In the exhibition hall, we elaborated on STMC’s 20-year development history deeply engaged in the cryogenic deflashing industry, the technical inheritance from Showa Denko of Japan, and the application cases of the “Jishe” series equipment in global industries such as automotive, 3C electronics and medical treatment.
In the production workshop, the customers gained an in-depth understanding of the processing of core components, precise assembly and the full-process quality inspection system of the equipment, and spoke highly of the design advantages including the thickened stainless steel low-temperature chamber and low-loss sealing structure.

During the testing session, the technical team accurately set the cryogenic parameters in line with the customers’ core demands – stably controlling the temperature between -50℃ and -60℃. Through liquid nitrogen cryogenic quick-freezing technology, the burrs on the surface of workpieces were rapidly embrittled while the toughness and precision of the workpieces themselves were preserved. Subsequently, the high-speed projection system was activated, and customized projection media were adopted to efficiently remove embrittled burrs with precise projection force and angle. A targeted demonstration of cryogenic deflashing technology was carried out, with detailed explanations of the testing principles, procedures and technical advantages throughout the process, intuitively presenting the effects of thorough burr removal, no damage to workpieces and ultra-high-precision treatment, allowing the inspection delegation to experience the performance strength of the equipment firsthand.
After testing, adjustment and optimization, members of the inspection delegation checked the processed workpieces in person, compared the differences between manual deflashing and automated equipment treatment, and fully affirmed the advantages of the equipment in high precision, high efficiency and low loss. They had in-depth discussions with the technical team on details such as testing parameters and process optimization on site.
During the communication, the customers also put forward clear core demands: a small amount of liquid nitrogen condensed water vapor remains on the surface of injection-molded parts after cryogenic deflashing, the traditional drying method is inefficient and easy to damage workpieces, and it cannot be seamlessly connected with the deflashing process. There is an urgent need for an efficient, precise and highly adaptable integrated treatment solution.
Upon learning of the customers’ demands, the accompanying team immediately informed them that STMC had already developed and launched a washing and drying integrated machine adapted to the cryogenic deflashing process, which can realize one-stop treatment of “deflashing – cleaning – drying” and perfectly solve the customers’ pain points. Technical personnel were arranged immediately to demonstrate the equipment on site.
Members of the inspection delegation observed the equipment operation up close, inquired in detail about the production capacity, energy consumption, maintenance cost and adaptability of the equipment, and spoke highly of the integrated design, high performance and perfect adaptability of the washing and drying integrated machine with the existing deflashing process. They stated that the equipment accurately solved their drying pain points in production, exceeded their expectations, and expressed great satisfaction with the practicality and professionalism of the equipment.
In the symposium, the two parties had in-depth communication on key topics such as local production capacity demand in Mexico, customized equipment transformation, delivery cycle and after-sales service, and reached a preliminary consensus on follow-up cooperation. The customers stated that STMC’s technical strength, quality control standards and service response speed fully meet the stringent requirements of their global supply chain.
This visit by Mexican customers marks an important step for STMC in expanding the overseas market. In the future, the company will continue to rely on the advantages of Japan’s core technology plus localized intelligent manufacturing, provide global customers with automated deflashing solutions featuring high efficiency, high precision and low cost, help customers enhance product competitiveness and achieve win-win cooperation.
